If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:

- Upload malicious software
- Attempt to compromise the platform
- Interfere with platform operations
- Upload content you do not have rights to use
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Circumvent security controls
You remain solely responsible for uploaded content.
4. Ownership
You retain ownership of:
- Uploaded files
- Uploaded datasets
- Generated outputs
Dashboard-anything.ai retains ownership of:
- Software
- Algorithms
- Workflows
- User interface
- Branding
- Intellectual property
No ownership rights are transferred to users except as expressly stated.
5. AI Generated Content Disclaimer
Generated reports, insights, recommendations, summaries, charts, and analyses are produced using automated systems.
Outputs may contain:
- Errors
- Omissions
- Inaccuracies
- Incorrect assumptions
Users must independently verify all outputs before relying upon them.
6. No Professional Advice
The Service does not provide:
- Financial advice
- Accounting advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Investment advice
- Regulatory advice
Any output should be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals before use.
7. Financial and Business Decisions
